Make smoothly photo from cellular follow this step :
1. Open photo
2. Push CTRL + J to make duplicate. (for compare the original photo with modified photo.. In the layer result duplicate Click Filter > Noise>Reduce Noise (this command might be in Photoshop CS2 above)
3. Duplicate again layer 1 ( layer which edited )
3. Klik Filter > Blur > gaussian Blur
4. Setting dengan Radius 3
5. Change Layer effect become SOFT LIGHT
6. Result Like this:
