This Problems Occurs When :
1. You have a client computer is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2.
2. You use a Layer Two Tunneling Protocol (L2TP) over IPsec tunnel to initialize a virtual private network (VPN) connection to a corporate network from the client computer.
3. You disconnect the VPN connection.
4. You put the client computer into Hibernate mode.
In this problems the computer takes several minutes when it tries to enter Hibernate mode. Then the computer crashes. Additionally, you receive a Stop error message that resembles the following:
DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE
This Problems Occurs because :
a race condition between the L2TP and Telephony API (TAPI).
