This step show to you to change Eye Colour with Photoshop, follow this step
1. Open your image which you want change colour...
2. Zoom the picture in area eye
3. Use Polygonal Lasso tool (Shorcut L) for selectection eye which will be colouring. Click slowly in the eye so like this :
4. select the left eye, while hold Shift select the right eye
5. After selection completed, Click Image > Adjustments > Hue Saturation or Ctrl+U
6. Change parameter like bellow picture
7. Click Ok… and CTLR + D to dissapear the selection..
Result like this :
